Good service and convenient
Just a little disappointed last week when we brought the 2014 Kia in for the 30,000 mile check-up. Brought the car in at 10 a.m. and we had to call just before 5 pm to see the car was ready. They said it would be a little longer so in the meantime we drove there and the car was sitting in the lot and we had to ask if it was ready for pick-up. We had to wait around for the paperwork to be completed. We just didn't think it was take all day. Otherwise good service.
