Exceptional “After Hours” BMW Tech.
April 25, 2024: having traveled 300+ miles my 2012 X5 suddenly and randomly illuminates multiple fault warnings approx 9pm. I pull into an advance auto as they’re closing, ask them to run their diagnostic. Waiting for the clerk to assist a gentleman approaches me, announcing he’s a BMW tech and asks if he may help. Surprisingly, he volunteers to have me follow him to his shop where he diagnoses and runs systems tests. He throughly explains findings and updates fault/failure warnings. * Again, it’s beyond “After hours!” This is the BMW certified Technician any BMW owner expects . Professional, informative and knowledgeable! Highly recommended! I would absolutely use his services again.
