Good guys, but get a firm quote first.
Listen, I am not really blaming them ... but this is their business. I explained that I was not a mechanic and asked for them to educate me and provide their recommendations. I ended up paying a thousand dollars more than expected which was still less than my dealership quoted. I got my quote by phone but the communication was better when in person.
