Hi, this is Fernando Cortez manager of Brake Stop in Santa Fe, Tx. I apologize for this incident. The inspector working that day is not an employee of ours. He was hired from a temp company to help out our inspector that had gotten sick. He did tell me about the incident. He said you were very upset because your truck failed the state inspection. He also stated on his own. I would have not known of the incident if he had not told me that he was smoking; and yes when he blew out the smoke the wind was blowing directly were you were standing. He said he immediately apologized because that was not his intention. Sir, as manager at Brake Stop I do sincerely apologize for this incident and give you a free oil change on your next visit. As far as the state inspection goes my hands are tied as we have to enforce the law of the State of Texas. Please feel free to call me @ 409-925-0028 for any questions.
Sincerely,
Fernando Cortez Sr.
