Communication with the Service Manager was very abrupt and cold. Long time spans are without return phone calls because of 2 - 2 1/2 hour lunches

I am surprised at your review. I diagnosis the vehicle and got the defective part installed before you had to leave for your trip. I also waived your second $100 deductable. Unfortunately the manufacture requires us to follow some processes that sometimes might be time consuming. I know you are currently out of town but please feel free to give me a call at your earliest convenience to clear up this misunderstanding.
