"Engine replacement"
Tish did all the groundwork to get my engine replaced under Campaign 132. Any calls to the dealer by me were handled to my satisfaction. She made an unpleasant situation bearable.

"short notice"
with starting problems causing me to feel the Azera might be unreliable, Tish told me to bring the car in and they would get to it as they could. Before the end of the day they had completed service with the car and after a complimentary car wash had me on my way.

Since 1983, I have used this agency in its various incarnations for purchasing and service; and, I have been pleased with its consistency. However, I was surprised---and perhaps a bit disappointed---that it no longer sells Maxda.
