1 hour charge for removing 2 locking lug nuts
Costco couldn't remove 2 of my wheels because the locking lug nuts had been over-torqued. They recommended that I have a dealership loosen the lugs.
Bronco Motors removed the lug nuts; however, they charged me one hour of labor ($140) to do this job -- that seems excessive to me.
