Becky said she is not completely satisfied with the quality of the repairs because they did not remove the overspray clear coat on the windows. She was told they would resolve this issue once she is able to bring her vehicle back to the facility. She said she is happy with the repairs they completed on her mirrors. Karen took charge and handled everything quickly which she appreciated.

Marjorie said the front desk service representative is good, she's very thorough and she kept her up to date. She received pictures as the repairs were taking place. Her vehicle looks beautiful and it runs great. Overall, she's very thankful for the repair staff who work there and that she can bring her vehicle to them.

Dave said his vehicle looks very good after receiving repairs at this facility. His vehicle took an additional 4 days to be completed because the rubber piece that goes on the bottom of his vehicle had to be installed at another facility. The time needed to complete this service took longer than what was anticipated.
