Larry said he is very satisfied with the work this facility does, not just this time but also with past experiences. His daughter was involved in an accident and took her 2008 Chevrolet Malibu for repairs and when they were done, it looked like it never happened. The owner noticed some flaws with his vehicle and would not release it until it was perfect. His vehicle was delayed by three or four days. He would highly recommend this facility to others.

Dale said Karen kept him informed during the repair process. She was very helpful and knew a lot about vehicles. At first, he had taken his vehicle to another facility but was not satisfied with the repair. He found this business on whim and decided to have the vehicle repaired at this facility.

Paul said this business did an excellent job and his vehicle looks beautiful. They kept it over the weekend beucase there was a paint defect. After this was fixed it was ready. The staff he was dealing with was cooperative, knowledgeable, and very good to him. They did a good job.

Losie said they did not do all of the work, she he is not too happy. They did not check the alignment, so the front tires were worn out as he drove the vehicle home. He had to buy two new tires. The door was not sealed properly. There is over spray on the vehicle. The mirror was not replaced. He had to call for information on the status. He did not meet the estimator, and did not work with the personnel. He runs a transport business, and his daughter and son-in-law had the vehicle in Arizona. They live in North Carolina. He chose not to elaborate on the communication.
