Losie said they did not do all of the work, she he is not too happy. They did not check the alignment, so the front tires were worn out as he drove the vehicle home. He had to buy two new tires. The door was not sealed properly. There is over spray on the vehicle. The mirror was not replaced. He had to call for information on the status. He did not meet the estimator, and did not work with the personnel. He runs a transport business, and his daughter and son-in-law had the vehicle in Arizona. They live in North Carolina. He chose not to elaborate on the communication.

Larry said this business has always been very thorough and efficient. Karen was extremely accommodating. They did exactly what they said they would do and it was done on time. He was even obliged to watch the painting process. This business has excellent customer service.

Spoke with Denise's son. He said this business always kept him informed with what they were doing. They were also on time with the deadline they set for the vehicle's service. The estimator was with the insurance company but he was thorough. The insurance company told him to go to this facility.

Joe said the service at this business was tremendous and fantastic as always. They are the top all the way around and he would recommend them to anybody that needs work done to their vehicle. They are very good. It is bad enough being in an accident but they take away a whole lot of the pain because they do the job right.

Vanessa said the employees that worked on her vehicle left some black and white fingerprints on the interior of her vehicle. They removed the glass case on her monitor and left the inside dirty. There was also a scratch on the exterior of the driver's side that was not there before going to this business.

Jessica said the staff at this business does awesome work. Her check engine light was left on after being repaired and they did not know how to reset everything back to normal. Eventually everything was taken care of and they got the job done properly. Her vehicle was supposed to be returned to her on Friday but the repairs took 3 days longer to complete and she does not recall why they needed more time.
