Robert said this business did an excellent job and he is very satisfied with them. They did everything perfectly. He did not need to be kept informed because he stayed and waited for his vehicle. He added that he certainly would recommend this business to others. He chose this business because he was looking for a business of this type and decided to pull in as he was driving by. Elizabeth said there were a couple areas of question when it comes to the repairs but she would not elaborate. Her vehicle was ready a couple of days later than the original promise time due to a parts delay. This business was very courteous and they treated her well. She had to call this business herself to communicate with them but it was good.

Dennis said this business did a good job on his vehicle. Everything the staff said they were going to do they did and his vehicle was finished a day earlier than promised. The person who hit him chose to go to this business because the estimate was the cheapest one and that was what he wanted since he was paying for it.
