"Great Customer Service"
Burien Chevrolet's Service Team are courteous and helpful. They explained the results from the tune-up/diagnostic check on my 2013 Volt as well as helped me get the discount on my oil change even though I hadn't printed the coupon for the discount myself.

"Good response to a Chevrolet corporate issue"
Evidently Chevrolet transports their new cars without the windshields protected. My new Bolt has pits in the windshield. The Service Manager and I decided to document the damage in case it gets worse and guard against warranty issues later. We both agreed that replacing the windshield at this time could create more issues than it solves. Bottom line corporate needs to better protect the windshields on their cars during transport.

"Great Customer Service"
Have been there 3 times. The first time was due to crappy service at another Chevy dealer. My issue was diagnosed quickly and cost me $200 as opposed to $5,000 that I was told it would cost at the other Chevy dealer. Honest people here.

I was welcomed as soon as I got there, helped as soon as a service tech was available. Was given a ride back to work. When I returned, was helped again immediately. Good service at a fair price.

The service department was efficient. They were able to perform needed assessment quickly. However, parts were not ordered and they did not inform me of that. I was able to get information about my order from the parts department.

"I thought the oil change and car wash took longer than it should have. Almost 2 hrs"
I wanted my tires rotated but said they didn't have the wrench to remove the wheels. They have done it many times before

"Robbery on my van during service"
I did drop of my Chevrolet Van for service, and it was robbed! The Dealership completely ignores the case. It seems like employee/s set up the vehicle for the robbery, because they parked it out of the security system's visibility, did not turn the alarm on and the robbers get into the van without braking any door locks (They might have the keys). I would never recommend to anybody the service with this Dealership, or make sure you do not leave any valuable in the vehicle.
