Courteous, pleasant, clean, knowledgeable, and honest.
The first thing I noticed was that it didn't smell like a garage and there wasn't a lot of black gunk all over the floor. I wasn't afraid to sit in the chairs with my white pants on and everyone was kind and courteous. The mechanics and owner knew what they were talking about. When they did a 31 point check, they didn't cheat and say they did it when they didn't. They actually told me the results of everything they checked and what to expect to fix in the near future. I was impressed. I have had my car for 8 years and what they told me was right on. Clean, polite, and honest - even though I was using a coupon and didn't pay them a penny! I will be back.
