"Friendly and Efficient "
We can always get our vehicles in with-in a day or two and the work is complete as soon as possible. The friendly staff and good work they do makes it a great place to go for repairs and maintence.

"nice people, wrong diagnosis"
Monte Carlo had a clicking noise while turning right, this was our second opinion after getting two others from another shop that were wrong. C A R Shop wanted to replace my transfer case/tranny which was estimated at $3500!! Turned out it was a $30 starter. Nobody had ever heard of such a thing as a started making a clicking noise. They should have listened to us (me) a little better because I knew what it wasn't, just not what it was.

But we gave them another shot at a different vehicle with a simpler fix and they did just find.

This is the first time we heard of something like this as well.  We may not have gotten the diagnoses right, but we would have made it right in the end  I am glad you found the problem and it was an inexpensive fix.

Had a turbo problem. Jeff explained in great detail the repair. These guys do not mess around . They get the job done, then call and see if everything is working properly. This is the only place I go!

The Car Shop ALWAYS does good work on my vehicles explaining everything to me before going forward so I know what to expect and every time they do a good job - I never worry that I may need to come back because it wasn't fixed right the first time. Thanks to all of them!!
