Spoke with Stuart. He said he only rated his overall experience a 4, because the repair took longer than he expected. His vehicle was ready 1 week past the time it was promised, due to a parts delay. The business did do a great job on the repair.

David said he was told his vehicle would only take a month and it ended up taking a month and a half and he's not sure why he thinks more work was found. He also said he felt like he could have been more updated by calling more often. And he didn't deal with the person who did his estimate, the insurance company took care of it.

Hugo said his vehicle was 4 days late. They didn't say why it was late. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call them. Communication could've been better. He had no shop communication. They forgot to buff his vehicle. He had to leave his vehicle for an extra day so they could buff his vehicle out.

Eric said there was a lack of communication with the right people involved. He had to wait 14 extra days for his vehicle because there was a lack of communication from Carlos and Steve. There was lack of communication with customer service and the insurance company. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because he ended up paying out of pocket which left a sour taste in his mouth. Eric said he was not satisfied with the communication because of the reasons mentioned above. He wound not recommend them because of the reasons mentioned above.

I'm sorry Eric feels this way. I explained to him that the insurance company felt that the issue he was having was not related to the loss. His vehicle was a 1999 and close to a total loss. The insurance company took a little longer on this claim do to the acv issues. Everything was explained to him from the insurance company as well as from me, again the insurance company feels the issue he was having was not loss related to the loss and I have to agree with there decision.

Michael said the hatchback glass had broken and was replaced. They vacuumed some of the glass from the interior of the vehicle but not all of it. They did not wash the vehicle. It was chintzy. It is low brow for the Cadillac image. The service advisor told him to get the vehicle washed himself to see if there are nicks, dings and scratches which need to be repaired. It would mean filing a second claim with his insurance instead of a single claim. He spent over $700.00 having the glass replaced on a $75,000.00 vehicle. The least they could do is wash it. He has had good experiences with them in the past but this was a souring experience.

Spoke with Glenda. She said this is her vehicle, and she brought it in for repairs. She stated she got her vehicle back 3 or 4 weeks late, because this business kept finding more damage. Even though Glenda insisted she was satisfied with the quality of the repair, she has to return to this business for the following issues. She remarked the alignment is off, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Glenda explained she brought this vehicle to this business in the winter, and because it was winter she doesn't think this business checked out the air conditioning. Glenda commented the personnel were super nice.

Judi said she told them she was not in a hurry to receive her vehicle back because she had another one. They had told her that because of the extensive damaged they could not give her a exact promised date. Everyone was extremely helpful and awesome. Even through the estimator took pictures of the damage on the hood he forgot to include them in the estimate. He took the time to make sure the vehicle was estimated to the proper value. The whole thing was handled so wonderfully. One of the wheel covers was missing and the employee said maybe it was lost when she was driving it in to the business. She assured him it was there before she left and he went to the back to get a replacement. She said she thought that was very nice of him. Steve was keeping her updated to the status of her vehicle and suggested for her to go on the website to get a coupon for $250 off deductible. The coupon expired on March 31st and she dropped off her vehicle on March 13th. Even though it had expired he was nice enough to validate it for her. She really appreciates everything everyone did for her.
