Rodney said everything was fine with the service on the vehicle he just brought in. He said he had work done on a 2003 Trail Blazer and every time he turns the air conditioner on the vehicle idles down and it shuts completely off. He will be bringing the vehicle in to get the issue addressed and wondered if he would be charged for the service.

Robert said he and his wife dealt with this business and they both thought the personnel were awesome. He said the personnel were very professional, cooperative, and respectful, but he found the quality of the repair to be substandard. The paint doesn't match and there is a lot of metal in the paint. He said his father is an automotive paint technician and his father explained that the metal was there because they spray painted too close to the vehicle and they didn't angle the paint dirction correctly. He said he thinks this business rushed the job at the end because they didn't push in clips on the underside of his vehicle and they missed other details, but he chose not to elaborate. He said they never told him when the vehicle would be returned, but they kept it longer than he expected because they found additional damage. He said his eyeglasses that were in the center console were stolen. When he called this business about the stolen items they told him they would check for the glasses and call him the Friday after Thanksgiving, but no one called. He said he knows they won't find his glasses and case because someone stole them. He and his wife chose this business because they know how to respect women. He said initially they went to Action Auto, but they chose not to have Action Auto work on the vehicle because they were rude to his wife. He said he will never go to a business that disrespects women. His wife found this business when she left Action Auto because they're located on the same street.

Melissa said her vehicle was a day late because a part did not come in on time. That caused her to have to rent a vehicle. She was hoping the business would help her with the rental, but they did not. When she picked up her vehicle, the tailgate was sitting on the passenger seat and she had to come back another day to have that attached. Any communication she got was when she called them to check on her vehicle. There wasn't much at all.
