I bought a 2014 Ford Focus SE here, and I am very happy with my purchase. My initial contact was vie email with Chadwick, my sales person. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. As I did me research beforehand, I knew that I was going in to the dealership with a good deal. Once there, Chadwick was again very helpful, and honest - which I told him was important to me. Even when we got to financing and the "add-ons" that dealerships will offer you (some very forcefully), I didn't have to force the issue about what I did not what. That was a big plus. All the features were explained to me, and I was encouraged to come back if I had questions. I also like all the online stuff that comes with Ford ownership. Setting up payments, scheduling maintenance, pretty much everything about my car that I may need to know... Really cool.
