I was highly disappointed with the receptionist who scheduled my appointment. She told me there would be no problem with me getting a rental car and once i got there they had no clue I had even asked for a rental because the girl on the phone forgot to put my appointment in the computer!! So I got to the service department and felt like I was completely inconveniencing everyone but I really needed to be seen. Other than that, the service was great and Jon Henry is the best. Fair prices, quick, trustworthy.
