Capitol Tire is extremely fair priced and the staff there seem very fair. I didn't feel pressured to spend hundreds of extra dollars to fix stuff I didn't expect like with most mechanics. They were straight forward, down to earth, and friendly. Plus their prices can't be beat! The only regret I had was their timing. I brought my car in and they said they would change the oil and check it out, then call me about anything they found needed fixing. 2 hours later I asked what the progress was, since it should not take that long to change the oil. They said someone would call me back in a few minutes. Another 45 minutes later, they called me, said it would probably take another half hour to finish up, and would call me back when done so I could come pick my car up. Over an hour later, no call. I had to call them yet again and when I did, they said the car was all done, and just forgot to notify me. This was a half hour before they closed so I was rushing to get there on time at that point. Was pretty frustrated with how long it took, but overall, they were still fair priced and nice guys. I just hope the next time I come in I won't be forgotten and they call me back promptly.
