Billy said he has not had any issues or problems with the business. They are up front, honest, and they do very well. They talk to his wife and daughter when they go in there. The staff is really pleasant to deal with and he will continue to recommend them for service.

"EXCELLENT AND REPUTABLE SERVICE"
the confidence and assurance that the service provided is unsurpassed. i am astonished that the extra effort was made to insure that i was given such individual attention at the lowest possible cost. as a customer, this raises my comfort level and confidence. this business practice is truly rare to find. as a consumer, it is greatly appreciated. needless to say I'm a customer for life!

"Car repair and customer service"
The car repair was very professional and managed well; however, they have a young dog that jumped on me each time I was there, licked an open wound on my leg and tore my blouse. The woman, Brooklynn, who receives customers was exceptionally rude to me after her dog attack me. She made fun of my blouse, which I purchased in December 2016 for $176 from a boutique in Marco Island, FL. She openly criticized a small stain from my lunch and then simply said, "You can patch up the shirt". She no compassion for the problem she had created for me. Her husband was polite regarding the event and offered a "free oil change". I recommend the service people, but avoid Brooklynn at all cost. She will destroy this young man's hope of success. Regretfully have to take a markdown on the rating because of Brooklynn's lack of personalized customer service. Someone needs to enlighten her . . . "The customer is always right", they are paying her bills.
