"The honesty, knowledge, care and the whole experience while you are there!"
I've been going there for almost ten years. Because of where I was employed I was having to consider going to a different mechanic shop. The job would not allow me the time to see about my car. So I hesitated and a door opened for me to continue my service with them. I really didn't want to change shops. There is a trust there for me that is difficult to find. Their service is awesome and unique. My son and his family love out of state and I have been able to travel and visit them with peace of mind. The people and the place are a blessing to me.

"12-20-16 Repairs"
Shop explains everything that needs to be done to your car and why. When repairs are completed, the cost is almost to the penny of the estimate received prior to work being done. I have over 200,000 miles on my 2008 Toyota Matrix and it has never run better! This is the only shop I would ever use! Thank you Josh, Brian and Joanie! You are the best mechanic shop around! "Ford F350 diesel truck"
Check engine light came on and i also needed an oil change. Battery power was in adequate and required new batteries. Vehicle inspection also revealed severe rear brake issues that required replacement of rotors and calipers. This could have resulted in wheel fire and / or brake failure. Bryan and his team alerted me of this issues and also showed me the defective parts. Service was excellent and I will continue to use Carencro Automotive Center for all of my vehicle maintenance work.

"Great service"
Thank you for inspecting my older vehicle to make sure it was ready for a trip to Florida. Changing the power steering fluid has made it drive so much smoother. Thanks for putting the " pep" back into my ride!

Al said he took his vehicle to the business because the check engine light had come on. He told them to call him when they discovered why. They did not call him but they did change the battery posts telling him that was the problem and charged him $200, which he did not okay and feels was way too much money. The next day the engine light came back on, so he took it to them because they were wrong about the battery posts being the problem. He told them not to repair anything and told them to call him. He ended up going there twice because they were not calling. This time they tell him the problem is in the transmission and has to do with a solenoid. They would send him some prices, which he has not received. He is not pleased with them and does not want to go back.
