Scott said he had spent $1,200 one day and he had to come back. He went back 3 times and they said they could not service his vehicle. His vehicle is still not running and he will not recommend this facility.

Scott came back 3 times and wanted us to drop everything to look at the vehicle when we had other appointments. We would gladly look at the vehicle if he made an appointment.

Paul said he has never heard of a repair facility that doesn't test drive the vehicles after repairs, until this one. He is not happy with the service. Additionally when he lifted the hood, the old parts were laying on the battery.

The vehicle was in for exhaust, brake, and a misfire. When the vehicle was pulled into the shop, it was misfiring badly. The exhaust, brakes and ignition coil were replaced.  We then hooked up the diagnostic equipment to monitor for any misfires at idle and under a load. None were present and the engine idled smoothly. There was no indication that the vehicle needed to be test driven based on the result of the diagnostics. We're sorry your experience wasn't a pleasant one. We would greatly appreciate a chance to make it up to you. Feel free to give me a call personally.

"Always A Pleasure"
Every visit to CARS, even my recent routine oil change, is a pleasant, satisfying experience. My needs are always addressed courteously and promptly. Tom is an excellent diagnostician and mechanic and I trust him and the operation completely. I rely on his recommendations and always feel he has my best interest at heart.
