I don't normaly get my oil changed by others. I like to do it myself so I know it gets done correctly. I took a chance and used the sale they had on Thursday night for an oil change. The mechanic seemed very knowledgeable. Thank god I dont' live very far away. The drain plug on the oil pan was not tight. When I got home I noticed a line of oil in the road and a puddle of oil under my vehicle in my driveway. I crawled under to look and hand tighten the plug. Not impressed at all. Lets see how they handle me when I go back to communicate this to them. Right now I would not recommend this business to anyone. If they can't get an oil change right how do you trust them on other repairs?

The mechanic who did your oil change is new and this was his first evening working alone. May have been nervous. This is not an excuse. As you can see by our reviews this is something that has not happened before. We are sending you a $25 BP gift card as an apology and we hope you will give us another chance in the future.
