Riley said Kevin was honest. It is often hard to find someone who does not up sell on the mechanic work. Kevin got her in on her schedule and paid on a budget she could afford.

Kim said she was not happy with this business. She took her vehicle in to replace her belts and ended up towing her vehicle out of the business to another facility due to damages she believes were made while at this facility. She said she feels as if this business should reimburse her for additional damages made while her vehicle was in their care. Due to reasons already stated, she would not recommend this business for service.

Kim brought her vehicle in with a broken timing belt. Our technician Kevin explained that if the belt broke while she was driving her hat that there was a possibility of valve damage. Kim ellected to replace the timing belt claiming that she had not been driving. Kevin replaced the timing belt and discovered that she did in fact have bent valves as is often the case. She admitted to Kevin that she had been driving when the belt broke. Kevin provided her with a quote to do the nessisary head work but she decided not to do any further work. Any good repair facility would be able the confirm to her that a broken timing belt would cause her valve clearance issue if she were to seek a second opinion. At no time did she indicate that she felt Kevin was responsible and she did seem to understand the issue.

I needed a fuel injector replaced. Kevin got it done for me the very next day, for literally half of what the dealer was going to charge me.
