I have a nephew a few years ago had taken his jeep to them and was satisfied. I remembered that and when it came time to take my wife's car somewhere we took it to Zachs.I am pretty knowledgeable on cars but in 64 years never run In to this, The staff at Zach's were able to diagnose the problems, and Karen went over her concerns and thru the very detailed overall recommendations. The service tech I believe was Josh, and seemed like he went over every inch of the car , not to just pick out things to fix but general maintenance concerns.thank yall very much and I will recommend to everyone I know, thanks again!
