great personal service, but....
I love the personal service and the honesty of what is done. My only complaint is that after being serviced, my car smells of someone who has smoked, and it causes the car to smell bad for a couple of days. I don't think anyone smokes in the car, but it is on the clothing of the person who does the servicing, and gets into the fabric of the car. What can be done about this offensive odor?

THANK YOU FOR THE REWIEW. I APPRECIATE YOU LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT SMELLING OF SMOKE AFTER SERVICING YOUR PRIUS. OUR STAFF IN THE SHOP DO SMOKE BUT FOR SURE NOT IN THE CUSTOMERS VEHICLE. I AM IMPLEMENTING A PLASTIC SEAT COVER THAT WILL BE USED TO HOPEFULLY STOP THE ODOR. KEEP ME ADVISED AND AGAIN, THANK YOU.
