Came in for a oil leak, left with an oil leak
Came in because my car was leaking about a half a quart of oil every week. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning, and they gave me a call within about 90 minutes and let me know where they found the leak. They did say that there could be other leaks but this was the main source. I took them 8 hours to call me again and let me know that my car would be ready right as they were closing. I got there and was told they fixed the leak and as they were driving it off the lot they notice another very small leak but it shouldn't be a huge issue. As I was pulling the car off their lot I saw a large puddle of oil under the vehicle. I parked the car overnight with cardboard under it and it leaked about an eighthof a quart of oil, about the same as before. Feels like I spent $500 and got the car back and nearly the same condition.

We are very sorry to hear this. Our goal is to make sure our customers are taken care of and we solve the problem that you brought it in for. Cars are very complicated, and sometimes when one part is fixed, if others had issues, it places more pressure on them. Rest assured, we will do all we can to make this right.
