Go the extra mile
Had my car in for 60,000 mile service. Tech took care of everything required. After I picked up the car and got home, I noticed my wipers needed replaceing. Would have been nice if the tech would have gone the extra mile and checked that before I picked up the car.

I appreciate your business and apologize for not replacing your wiper blades. Sometimes if they are not damaged or torn, how well they clear the windshield can be a matter of opinion. 

Please stop by next week at your convenience and we will replace them free of charge.
