I had no problem with the service staff, however, the sales staff has repeatedly lied to me. Let me explain, my mother leased her Hyundai a day before I did, and she referred me as a new client. She was promised to receive a $100 referral fee. Needless to say, 3 months later, and she still has not received her check. At first, we were repeatedly told "the check is coming", then as the time went on, the sales man who sold us the cars left your employ, and then it was, "we'll get to it". After more time passed, it became "we don't have any record of it". REALLY???... I am so disgusted with this whole thing that neither I nor my Mom will lease our next vehicles with HYUNDAI of Coconut Creek, FL. I would appreciate a response to this. Thank you
