Verified CustomerLandscapes By Lance brought in a 1999 Ford F150 with a no heat concern. We diagnosed that the heater core was plugged. This is absolutely the worst cooling system that I have ever seen, which has never been serviced in 152,000 miles. I called Teresa and gave her a quote for a new heater core and cooling system flush and she complained and argued about the price the entire time. I told her the condition of the cooling system and said that a single flush might not get out all of the corrosion and debris. Keep in mind that a cooling system should be flushed every 30,000 miles. When worked completed and test driven the system was operational. A few days later the system had gotten clogged up again and stuck the thermostat. She brought it back and insisted that I flush it for free. We cannot repair customers vehicles for free when they neglected it for 152,000 miles and created their own problems. I had been warned about this customer by several other repair facilities. We cannot be responsible for these peoples neglect and no maintenance of their vehicles.
