Robin said he was happy and pleased with the work because they did a good job but he has to bring his vehicle in again because his horn does not sound right. He wanted them to replace the parts with the original because since he is going through insurance they should take care of him. They sprayed over a dent that was there before the accident and they brought it up to the insurance. If he had known, he would have paid out of pocket because they just sprayed over it. He said even though they are expensive the other reason he came is because of the customer service and they were thorough. Other than that they were helpful and accommodating over the phone.

We contacted the customer and he dropped his vehicle off. Since he had to bring his car back, we repaired the dent in the RF fender for no charge. We also replaced the horn again with a new part, no charge. The horn we had replaced had the wrong tone. All seems good now. With the owners permission, we asked the dealer check out the A/C operation. The customer is working with the insurance company to resolve this issue. The insurance is questioning if the A/C problem is accident related. We will follow-up with customer and insurance. Bruce L.
