Marvin chose not to answer the question whether his vehicle was ready when promised because there was no promised time given. He was not kept adequately informed. They were suppose to call and update him on his blinkers which they said were not working. They wanted to call the other insurance company to see if they would cover the cost to have them fixed. Marvin said he called them back a few days later because he never heard back from them. He was not satisfied with the communication because of the same reason mentioned above. Their customer service was fantastic other than what was mentioned.
