Lorainne said that her vehicle took 15 days instead of the estimated 4 days because they were back logged due to weather. She would have preferred they told her that ahead of time so that she could have rescheduled her appointment. She ended up paying $200 out of pocket for rental car expenses that she couldn't afford to pay when this business wasn't even working on her vehicle. Her vehicle sat there for a week before they even started working on it. She understood the circumstances but she would have preferred that they had her reschedule so she didn't have to pay for a rental when she could have been using her own vehicle. She was perfectly satisfied with everything else.
