To help us ensure that we don't have this issue again, could you tell me if it was one or both of the tires? If it was one tire, please keep an eye on it, we have seen brand new tires get punctured on the same day they were installed. If they both were low, it could be due to temperature differences between the shop at the time of installation and the ambient air the next morning. We can try to account for that, but it is difficult to do.
