NEW TIRES
INITIALLY CALLED/TALKED TO ELI RE- NEW TIRES BEFORE COMING.UPON ARRIVING, I MET WITH DEAN{GLASSES} AND LET HIM KNOW HAD IMPORTANT APPT I COULD NOT BE LATE TO OR MISS AND IF POSSIBLE TO GET MY APPT/WORK ASAP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED--HE CONFIDENTLY SAID THEY COULD GET IT DONE==SINCE THE TIRES I AGREED ON WERE NOT IN STOCK HE QUICKLY ORDERED THEM FROM WAREHOUSE.HE HUSTLED,GOT THE MESSAGE TO HIS TEAM AND THEY GOT IT DONE==VERY SATISFACTORILY ,,AND EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO RETURN NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE TIRE ALIGNMENT I WAS VERY GREATFUL THE JOB WAS DONE WITH TIME TO MAKE MY HARLINGEN APPT. AND I RECOGNIZE HARD WORK ,SO WHEN I RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AS PROMISED I BROUGHT THE TEAM SOME "SWEET BREAD/DONUTS" FOR THEM TO ENJOY.
