Francis rated his overall experience a 4 because the repair took longer than estimated. His vehicle was returned 1 day later than promised, plus the weekend because there was a delay with the parts. He didn't deal with the estimator, so couldn't answer if he was happy with the estimate. Francis said he was not happy with the communication and was not kept adequately informed because they didn't call him.
