Spoke with Cheryl. Cheryl said she was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repair service. Their repair service was completed 3 days earlier than promised. The representatives were wonderful, and she was definitely satisfied with the way they were treated by the personnel. The representatives were extremely nice, and she would most definitely recommend the business for repair services. She had a death in the family, and as a result, they needed to go to Spokane. Also as a result, the representative inquired when they needed to leave, and then they got the repair service completed in time for her to drive their own vehicle. They did not have to rent a vehicle. Cheryl stated it was really nice.
