Lupe was awesome!
I ended up having to pay my diagnostic since they couldn’t find anything wrong (which kind of sucks because that’s why we purchase the coverage so we have peace of mind and can take it in if we hear something abnormal). But whatever it was is gone now. Could have been a loose bolt or something. Bit the communication from Lupe and the willingness to do his best to figure out what was going on and make sure the car was safe…that is priceless! Thank you! I highly recommend these guys!
