a simple oil change. The owner needs to relook at your service dept. Today I had a simple oil change only. After 2 hours and 15 minutes my car hadn’t been services yet or my spare key done. Stop over booking and take better care of your customers. Getting tired of all the sorries it doesn’t mean anything anymore. Stop false advertising by saying customers get great service.
