They make sure it's done right and they LISTEN to you. Most of us know our cars like we know our own body's. We know when to go to the doctor for ourselves and when our car needs it too. I appreciate that they listened to me.
They always do a great job and they proved that to me this time in spades. I knew something was still not right and they re investigated and found there was a problem with the new part. As a women you don't always feel "the guys" listen to you about cars. They really did and I appreciate that immensely.
