"Friendly, and great work diagnosing issues without having me replace parts that do not need replacing."

We have been able to drive your car a couple times with no issues in the air bag system and are currently driving it one more time to make sure there are no issues present. I have them filling your fuel tank for you and I also put a note in the system to make sure that you do receive a Genesis rental car any time in the future when there is service needs present. We apologize that it has taken this long to resolve your intermittant issue and we will work hard to make sure that your next visit with us goes smoother. Thank you for your patience.
