"the mechanic will leave his mark on the inside of your car"
heated seat fixed under warranty in December 16. seat had grease on lower front which I did not notice until the next day.
now in for engine service recall and more greasy fingerprints on armrest. I was pressed for time so I did not show them

Robert was a great help and went above and beyond what we expected! I would give him a 5 star. The reason I rated 4 is the other gentleman whom I spoke with on the phone when making the appointment was a bit condescending.

"Everyone is friendly and they explain the work prior to performing service."
Took the care in for two recall items. Both were handled. Got a free oil change due to engine being OK. Replaced one of my tire pressure sensors. it was still under warranty, so no charge. Overall, good experience.
