"Honest and great service!"
They do not try to sell you anything, they diagnose your problem and give you options. And they are honest reasonable options! Highly recommend!

"Report of 4th visit. BMW 335D"
Few days ago Daisy (335d) harmonizing pulley failed. Frank and his team fixed her up within 48hrs and fixed few other minor things that another vendor had previously quoted at higher rates. So far Cupelli has saved our family over $3K with honest recommendations and technical expertise. Thank you Frank, Ivan and tech team.

Excellent service throughout - from walking in the door and speaking with Ivan to the day I drove out and had a final conversation with Frank. I had an expensive repair job, but unfortunately it happens from what I have read about oil coolers. Thanks again - my car is running great and no leaks!!

Cupelli's customer service was awesome, this shop was recommend as a trustworthy business. This shop was honestly the most honest mechanic shop that I have ever been too, there prices were extremely cheaper than others. So I'll definitely will be returning as a customer and have already recommended Cupelli to other friends who has Mercedes Benz..
