I went in, was told it was a $ 850 fuel injector. IT NEEDED GAS!! that's it! First I wanted to get another opinion, he was rude on the phone when he heard I wanted other estimates. Asked him repeatedly when I picked it up are they sure, can you show me this this fuel problem.. NOPE. Paid $95 for a sham problem. I need work but its not THE FUEL INJECTOR, i said what about the code, oh I cant diagnose that until its drivable! What thats what I paid 95 and are not going by their device ? Oh we have to fix the injector first. He was lying!!! For goodness sake, Im mad as a hornet about this.
Didnt include the fuel pressure test numbers. Wouldn't give me them when I called so as not to have another paid diagnostic fee before I found out it just needed gas. DAN HUNG UP ON ME And refused to give me numbers because why.. he didnt have them!?. I told him he didnt have to be rude when I needed other estimates. So I took it elsewhere, NOT THE FUEL INJECTOR.!!!!!!!!!!
Shame on you DAN! now I hear from others you , specifically when you wanted to charge a friend of mine for work they didnt need. Stay away !!! Im shocked at my friends experience there, same thing $500 for a seatbelt part that another shop charged them $40 . Shame on you Dan. Plus he cursed that he doesn't give a F$%@CK about having repeat customers after I asked him, doesn't you care about having business. I never and hate to write publicly, but this is is appalling. Ripping people off shame on them!! Stay Away !
