Ricky provided excellent customer service through the tire replacement service. I could tell the shop was very busy yet he was on top of it all multitasking several items at once. He coordinated my drop off and pickup and gave me in stride updates along the way. Give that man a bonus and/or raise for holding down the fort in an excellent and professional manner.
If I may just offer one suggestion for process improvement on the shop side - the TPMS was was not reset/recalibrated post service: the dashboard system was still saying the tires were low. It’s a quick recalibration in the system and a quick google away if unfamiliar with the process. It wasn’t an issue for me, but I can see some other drivers confused why their dash is saying their tires are low after replacement.
