Friendly technicians and staff
I have always been treated with the utmost respect and excellent customer service by Sam @ Dales. However, this time around I dropped by without an appointment about 1/2 hour before close with a quick question about my vehicle. Sam is out of the office for the next couple of weeks so I was greeted by Floyd, and had all my questions answered by both him and one of the technicians on staff. They were able to take care of my car for me at a price I could not refuse. They were also willing and able to work around my schedule restraints for when I would need my car by.
Sam has an amazing crew working for him!
