They dont stand behind their mistakes
My after market stereo system worked and was all programmed when i took it inn. When i picked my truck up the stereo programming was all zereo out another words the power to my system had been either disconnected or the battery was ran down. when i asked them about it they automatically said we didnt do anything, My claims adjuster asked me to take it some where to have it looked at so i did, i took it to the stereo company that they use (national Auto sound Independence. Funny thing they wouldnt put anything on the ($65.00 invoice that i paid for) saying that there was an electrical charge or surge that ruinte my $1000.00 Head unit. Its amazing how they Insurance check was cashed instantly so i have no leverage for them to own up to the problem. The head unit can be fixed i was not asking for a new unit i just wanted it fixed, the owner doent even know what goes on in his shop he brought some guy from the back out to look at it. NOT OUR PROBLEM exact words from the owner.

Barbara said at first she was not told that this business was waiting for the insurance company to authorize the work before they got started. After she waited for a week or two she contacted them to check on the status of her vehicle, only to find out that they had not started because the insurance company had not authorized the work. She said she was befuddled because if they had called her to let her know she would have called the insurance company to ask what was going on, instead of just letting her vehicle sit on their lot. She said this delay added to her rental costs. The customer service was great and this business did an absolutely good job. She was never told how long the work would take, but there were some parts delays and the business kept her informed once they got started on the work. She said the personnel were very pleasant and the customer service was good. She would absolutely recommend this business to others. She was referred to this business by a friend who was told this business did good work and they were close to her. She would like to thank this business for the superior job they did.
