Tim said this experience was not good. He had to go back to the business 3 times. The second time he went back was because the business did not finish the work. The third time was to go and pay for the work as he could not pay over the phone and he had already picked up his vehicle after hours. He did not chose to elaborate on a specific work issue. He appreciated that the business let him pick up his vehicle after hours and before payment. He would have liked to have been told of the payment options prior to picking up the vehicle. This experience will not stop him from returning to the business. He has been there a number of times before and it was always satisfactory.
