Hello, thank you for your review. Not only was I involved in the appointment process with Roger as well as my service advisor there was never any mention of just wanting an estimate. Roger reguested a diagonsis of brake issues that were supposedly corrected by another shop and did not last more than a few thousand miles as well as an ABS light on the dash. The appointment was confirmed and made for diagonsis of his complaints for a cost of repairs. If you had made it clear you were looking for a free AAA inspection (which I learned is all you wanted after my AAA rep contacted me about this matter) that is all we would have done and not spent 2 hours performing test procedures to tell you with certainty what is wrong with your vehicle as well as the cost to repair it correctly.
