I have owned Audi cars for over 12 years, this dealership truly makes the brand look bad. The sales people can be completely unprofessional and rude. We went there a few times to look at cars, and had a good experience at first, but since we didn't buy a car there, they started to get ruder, and ruder. It reached the point where one of the sales person said my partner could not test drive a car unless he buys it, which sounded like a mild coercion. Last time we visited they said they lost the key to one of their cars! yet when we called the next morning one of the sales people, Larry said: "Of course we have the key"! when we asked... but when he realized he was talking to the same people who visited the previous night he said oh yes we lost the key, we will call you when we find it... It all sounded like a complete lie. AUDI Oxnard should just tell us we don't want your business here, but for legal reasons probably, they just rather treat people unprofessionally, and in a rude way. I would agree with another review here... This would never happen in Audi Beverly Hills. I have gone there several times to get parts for my car, and see new cars and service has been great. It has been the same with Audi Pacific. I have had the worst experience as an Audi customer at Audi Oxnard.
