I was a little confused where to park and enter for my service as there’s no signs pointing me in the right direction. I parked near the large glass doors and entered through what looked like a service entrance door near the maintenance bays.
The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and helpful, I let him know I had an appointment and why I was there and he took my key and showed me the waiting area.
The wait area is large and open, very nice and comfortable. There was a vending machine and what looked like a snack area to choose from should you want snacks. The restroom was clean and orderly.
My wait time was about 30 minutes and my name was called out to hear the issue and retrieve my key. Thankfully no issues discovered and the light was reset and I was informed to return should any more issues arise. My vehicle is under warranty still so I did not have to pay for this service.
It was a pleasant experience at Deacon Jones Hyundai and I’ll be returning for the needs of maintaining my vehicle.
