Honest good service
As usual they delivered as expected. Always good service and we have had cars serviced there for at least 25 years. We have had both routine and major services and they always work with us to make it as easy as possible. I have come to expect the great level of service they provide and have not been disappointed.

Heather said everyone seemed very friendly. The repairs were done faster than she expected. She came to the business because she thought they would be more affordable than the dealer. As it turned out, they charged her over $400, when the dealer later said they could have done it for around $350. She had tried to get a quote from the dealer first, but they did not call her back in time.

Knowledge and friendliness of staff
My car is riding a lot better now that Denny's located the problem other than the brakes (sway bar). I would give 5 out of 5 stars if there wasn't any squeaking when backing up and braking. It's a lot better than before and Denny did warn that it still might squeak some so I appreciate the honesty. Not sure if it's possible to get the squeaking to completely go away. My neighbors will definitely appreciate the significant improvement though.
