"No cutting corners"
My vehicle required very specific parts/fluids. It took a few hours longer because they were not in stock and had to be ordered. They take the time to do the job right the first time and I appreciate that.

John said this business took five days to do anything on his vehicle. He does not know what the reason for the delay was. He would not recommend them to others due to the reasons stated above. Their cost was also too high for the job they did.

Joseph said the mechanic at the business should make sure the problem is fixed before he calls the customer and tells them it is ready. He took his vehicle in for a diagnostic test and they had to order a part. It took two days to get the part. They then called and said the vehicle was ready. When he came to pick it up the vehicle would not start. He was charged $600. The mechanic said he did not know what was wrong, but did another test and said it would be $200 to install another part. He was very unhappy about this as he had just been laid off his job and maxed out his credit card. The mechanic finally repaired the vehicle and waived the final fee. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Hello this is Ramon from Diaz Automotive. I would like to start off by saying we appreciate all reviews, the good and the bad, because we strive to learn from our mistakes and better our customers' experience.

However, the scenario depicted by Mr. Kitchen is false. Upon diagnosis we found the computer to be defective and recommended a new one, but Mr. Kitchen decided to purchase from a store we could not warranty or recommend. After we installed the computer provided the car started fine and we parked it outside. When Mr. Kitchen arrived the car would not start because the computer provided by him was indeed defective. After a few weeks Mr. Kitchen came back and we installed a new computer acquired from the dealer and that resolved the problem.

"Trustworthy"
Honest. Reliable. Trustworthy. They will only repair/replace what is necessary and not try to upsell services. When they talk to you they don't use a lot of jargon and they take the time to explain things thoroughly. I will not take my 3 vehicles anywhere else but Diaz Automotive.
